🎨 Product Designer (UX/UI)

Location: Remote / Hybrid
Type: Full-time or Contract-to-Hire

What You’ll Do:

• Own design from concept to execution: user flows, wireframes, UI, prototypes.
• Work closely with founder, product, and engineering to shape early product experience.
• Craft elegant, intuitive interfaces for both desktop and mobile.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
• Champion user experience and ensure consistency across the product.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5+ years of experience designing consumer or prosumer digital products.
• Portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and UI work.
• Strong skills in Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience in marketplaces, career platforms, or recommendation systems is a bonus.
• User-obsessed and excited about building from scratch.
