🚀 Go-To-Market (GTM) Leader
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
- Own and lead GTM strategy from early-stage to scale.
- Define ICP, value proposition, messaging, and positioning.
- Launch and test acquisition channels—organic, paid, partnerships, community, content.
- Collaborate with product to shape the roadmap through user feedback and market insights.
- Build early sales and customer development motion (if B2B side emerges).
- Create initial reporting frameworks to track engagement, growth, and revenue traction.
What We’re Looking For:
You’re passionate about helping people discover meaningful work.
5+ years in GTM roles at early-stage startups (B2C or B2B2C preferred).
Experience launching and scaling new products.
Strong understanding of job search, career tech, or marketplace platforms is a plus.
Data-informed and scrappy—you know how to make things happen without a huge budget.
