đź’¬ Customer Success Manager (Founding)

Location: Remote / Hybrid
Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the voice of the customer—understand their goals, challenges, and feedback.
  • Onboard early users and ensure they get value from the platform.
  • Build scalable processes for support, education, and retention.
  • Surface insights to product and GTM teams to improve experience and reduce churn.
  • Help build community, forums, and feedback loops as we scale.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years experience in customer-facing roles (CS, support, onboarding, etc.).
  • Strong communicator—empathetic, proactive, and user-first.
  • Experience in early-stage SaaS or platforms with both users and companies is a plus.
  • Passion for career discovery, job search, or recruiting tech is a bonus.
  • Process-oriented but flexible—you love wearing many hats in a startup.
